We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, our return and exchange process is super straightforward.
The Basics: Most unused and unwashed items in their original packaging (with tags attached!) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Easy.
How to Start:
Head over to the "Order History" in your account.
Find the order and select the item you'd like to return or exchange.
Tell us why (it helps us get better!) and choose your preferred option.
We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label if you're in a supported region.
A Quick Heads-Up:
For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns on final sale items, swimwear, or intimate apparel unless they're faulty.
The return shipping fee might be deducted from your refund for international orders, depending on your location.
Exchanges: Need a different size or color? We recommend starting a return for the original item and then placing a new order for the correct one. This is the fastest way to get what you want into your hands!
The Fine Print: Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process it. Your refund will then be on its way back to your original payment method.
